Could I cut a laptop in half with a table saw, or some other power tool?

      Sure, why not. There would be lots of sharp little pieces of plastic flying around though.

      If you don’t ruin your power tool, you will succeed in releasing toxic materials into the air.

      A band saw would do it. A table saw would not cope well with the materials.
