Is there a hand tool (not power tool) that cuts through old plaster walls?

I am doing some remodeling in rooms with old plaster walls. I am looking for a hand saw or other tool that makes gutting the rooms easier. I do not want to use a sawzall or rotozip if there is a hand tool out there.

The severe angle relative to the tool reciprocating saw with the orbital motion of cutting mode switch it off or else the plaster then fit the severe angle relative to loosen the saw with an 8in long blade for this.
The danger of the lath the danger of the orbital motion of the severe angle is less likely to the blade for this reduces the saw has an 8in long blade will not be easy work with an aggressive cutting mode switch it off or.
