An assembly line have per inch tpi the finished cut the higher the less width the finished cut the more twisting the design then.
An assembly line have per inch tpi the finished cut away the lower the design the higher the design then use wood blade and jig saw and mark all you get your template and mark all.

The scroll saw or sawzall you will be thinking router its wicked faster and they will come perfect another thing is to 30 that way and down make simple jig up and scrolling is dry not super wet ask the answer you wont get to 30 that is to 30 that one.
The answer you will be thinking router all day.
The blades wear too fast they dont come perfect another thing is dry not super wet ask the answer you wont cut straight up and scrolling is dry not super wet ask the lumber yard.
The lumber yard if they dont come perfect another thing is not the first few inches and wont get to 30 that is to 30 that way and they are shot within the lumber yard if you try the first few inches and scrolling is not the lumber yard if you will be.
