Woodworking Question - Where can I find parts to make a wooden level?

      I’m not sure why you would make a level instead of buying one, buy you may want to try this. They sell (mason line levels) at any hardware / home improvement store. These are only about as long as a lighter, and as round as a pencil roughly, and they are supposed to hang on mason line (string). You could put a few of these on a straight piece of wood to make a level.
